1) Getting started

Send us an enquiry. Tell us roughly what you need — the form takes a minute.

Consultation call. We go through your items, your volumes and how you want them handled, and answer your questions.

Schedule and pricing. We agree a collection and delivery schedule that fits your week, and we agree a rate that works for both sides.

Confirm in writing. Terms set out clearly, so both sides know where they stand.

First collection. We get started
2) Every week after that

We collect. Our driver arrives at your premises on the agreed day.

We record. A delivery order is issued for every collection, and your items are photographed and logged.

We process. Weighed, washed, dried, folded and packed to your instructions — kept separate from every other client's.

We deliver back. Clean items returned to you, usually within 24 hours.
